Privacy policy
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This policy explains what information Mathify Kids (mathifykids.com) collects when you use this website, and what we do with it. In short: you can use every worksheet, lesson and chart without an account, and we collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
Information you choose to send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Usage information
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and which charts are printed or downloaded. Google Analytics collects information such as your approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and the pages you view. It does not give us your name or email address. Google’s use of this information is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
Information stored on your device
The parent guides can remember which chapters you have marked as done. This is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works fully without them.
How we use information
- To reply to messages.
- To see which resources are useful and improve them.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Children’s privacy
Mathify Kids is made for parents and teachers to use with children. The website does not ask children for personal information, has no sign-up, and has no way for children to post or share anything. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Mathify Kids app at /app/ is covered by its own privacy notice, shown inside the app.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other sites, such as Pinterest when you save a chart. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your message. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics and then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete any email you have sent by writing to hello@mathifykids.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
